Antenatal classes in Surrey and Hampshire

Our antenatal courses are created and taught by qualified, experienced midwives and antenatal teachers who are also parents themselves. We bring professional knowledge and personal understanding to our teaching, offering expert guidance, practical preparation and people in your corner through pregnancy, birth and those first weeks with your baby.

Courses designed to help you feel informed, prepared and confident.

Pregnancy is full of conflicting advice and well-meaning opinions. Our antenatal classes cut through all of that.

Every course is taught by a qualified, experienced antenatal teacher, and our antenatal education is developed and overseen by Anna, a practising NHS midwife.

No scripts, no scaremongering, no agenda. Just honest, evidence-based education that respects whatever choices are right for your family.

How our classes are shaped

Our antenatal education is developed and overseen by Anna, our Antenatal Director of Education and a practising NHS midwife. Alongside fellow director Steph, who brings over a decade of antenatal teaching experience, Anna provides ongoing training and support to our teachers, keeping our courses up to date with the latest evidence and grounded in the realities of pregnancy and birth.

That expertise shapes both what you learn and how we teach it. We go beyond the theory of birth, helping you understand how your body works, explore your choices and learn practical techniques to help you through labour, birth and early parenthood. Our small, friendly groups give you plenty of time to ask questions, practise what you're learning and explore how to navigate different possibilities if things don't go quite to plan. There's no one-size-fits-all approach, and plenty of room for different perspectives, preferences and feelings about becoming a parent.

Whether this is your first baby or you're getting ready to expand your family, we want you to feel seen, supported and confident in your choices. And of course, our classes are also about the people you meet along the way. Familiar faces, time to talk and the opportunity to build friendships with other local parents as you begin finding your own village.
